To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide several complimentary items. Enjoy an ample supply of coffee for the Vertuo Nespresso coffee maker, with a helpful video on how to use the machine available in the Guide Book. A tea kettle and a selection of teas are also provided. Should you need additional coffee pods, they can be purchased at most local grocery stores, including Giant, which is conveniently located about a mile away. We also supply bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and black makeup towels (please avoid using the white towels for face cleaning). Bath towels are located in baskets in each room, with at least four towels provided per room. Each room is equipped with rapid phone chargers, connected to the back of the nightstands, featuring cables with three different connectors. For your comfort, all the sheets and duvet covers in the home are made of 100% linen, ensuring a super comfortable night's sleep. Access to the home is through a lock on the front door, where you input the last 4 digits of your phone number. Normal check-in is at 4 PM; however, if there is no booking the night before, I'll provide early access to the home starting at 8 AM. Otherwise, the home will likely be available by 2 PM for your arrival. I will send a message the day before if I can accommodate the earliest check-in.

Neighborhood
The Cottage on Royal home is centrally located conveniently in downtown historic Leesburg and within walking distance of lots of unique dining experiences, quaint shops, and other entertainment. If you are visiting on Saturday - Be sure to visit the farmers market between 8-12 on Catoctin Circle and King Street. It is a short walk or an even shorter drive.
Guest Access
You have access to the entire home. For parking, there is enough room for one car in the driveway (gravel area) and another car can be parked in front of the home although it is not dedicated to the home so the parking in front can't be guaranteed. Please don't park more than one vehicle in the driveway or on the lawn of the home. You may park in front of any of the homes on the street, starting at 209 Royal if you need additional parking. Only park on the same side of the street that the Cottage is on as there is no parking on the other side of the street.

Because you are in the heart of downtown Leesburg, you can walk to all the local happenings. If you want to venture to any of the many wineries or breweries you will need to take a scenic drive. If you want to take a bike ride or walk the historic WO&D, it's just a block away and you can go either towards Washington DC to the East or head West to reach Purcellville VA.
