For a restful night, sink into beds made with 100% linen sheets and duvet covers, ensuring a super comfortable sleep. The fully fenced backyard is your private oasis. Gather with friends and family around the smokeless fire pit, and enjoy the cozy ambiance from the six Adirondack chairs. We even provide the firewood! To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide several complimentary items and conveniences. Complimentary Supplies: We provide locally roasted Loco Beans coffee for the drip coffee maker, a selection of teas, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels: You will find fresh bath towels in the baskets in each room. We also provide special black makeup towels. Tech-Friendly: Each room is equipped with rapid phone chargers with multi-connector cables, conveniently located behind the nightstands. Coffee & Tea: We provide a drip coffee maker with locally roasted coffee from Loco Beans, plus a selection of teas. The home also has a Nespresso Vertuo machine — if you'd like to use it, please bring your own Nespresso Vertuo pods (the dome-shaped pods with a barcode on the rim). Original-line Nespresso pods and most "Nespresso-compatible" pods will not fit this machine. Vertuo pods are sold on the Nespresso website and at many local grocery stores. Families: This home has a Pack 'n Play (please bring your own bedding for it) and kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils. Every home has a high chair available during your stay — just let us know before you arrive that you'll need one, along with your child's age, so we can have the right chair ready.

The Cottage on Royal home is centrally located conveniently in downtown historic Leesburg and within walking distance of lots of unique dining experiences, quaint shops, and other entertainment. If you are visiting on Saturday - Be sure to visit the farmers market between 8-12 on Catoctin Circle and King Street. It is a short walk or an even shorter drive.
Guest Access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard. Entry is seamless with our keyless lock—your code will be the last four digits of your phone number. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. We love getting guests in early whenever the schedule allows. We'll let you know by noon the day before if an earlier check-in is available, and there's no charge for it.
